SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping in 24 hrs. Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. They are then shipped within 2 days. Once your order is ready for shipment we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

Please be advised that order processing times may be delayed by a few days during times with high volume ordering such as product launches, limited releases, and the holiday season. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order's shipment is delayed significantly for any reason we will contact you via email to notify you.

At the moment we only ship domestically via USPS. Domestic shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options: 

Priority (guaranteed delivery in 3 days at a varied rate based on weight.)

First Class (estimated delivery 3-5 days at a varied rate based on weight.)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days for in-store purchases and 30 days after online order placement for all orders excluding candles, body care products, and jewelry. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition and/ or packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. If the exchange is resulting in an even exchange we will process the exchange order and prepare for shipping once original item has been received. Once processed we will send shipping confirmation with a new tracking number. If for whatever reason the exchange is not able to be made we will issue a refund. Please use the contact form to request online order returns/exchanges. All in-store purchases will require in-store return.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at homegrownamericandream@gmail.com or use the contact form to reach us. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a means of contact. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately using the contact form. Include your name, order number, and details of the damage. Because our orders are prepared for shipping personally to limit the chances of such issues, we address damages on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to provide a a satisfactory solution. Please save all shipping materials and damaged goods in the event you need to contact the shipping carrier.
